Sausage and Cornbread Breakfast Skillet

In 12 inch cast iron skillet, cook sausage
- 1 tube sausage
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1 corn muffin mix
- 1/4 c drained jalapeno peppers
- 2 c cheddar cheese
Pork-Veggie Stir Fry

In skillet cook pork in 1 T oil until no longer pink
- 1 lb. pork chops cut into bite sized bites
- 2 T oil
- 1 package frozen seasoned summer vegetables
- 1/3 c stir fry sauce
- 1 package cooked brown rice
Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 c Miracle Whip
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- 1 package frozen broccoli (chopped, thawed and well drained)
- 1 package Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 loaf King's Hawaiian sweet bread
Bacon and Cream Cheesed Stuffed Mushroms

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 lb. whole mushrooms
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1/4 c diced red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 T Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp olive oil

- 2 c shredded has browns
- 3 T butter divided
- 1 1/4 c shredded zucchini
- 1/2 c onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 c half and half
- 1 orange bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 1 T Italian parsley
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 c shredded gouda cheese
- 1 T flour
Apricot Lime Grilled Shrimp

1. Cook rice following package directions, about 15 minutes
- cup rice
- 1/2 pound snow peas, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp (about 24), shelled and deveined

- 1/2 c. chopped onion
