Creamy Tomato Tortellini

Cook pasta as directed adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 minutes of pasta cooking time
- 1 9 oz. package or frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 c. frozen broccoli florets
- 1 can Italian style diced tomatoes (drained)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Spinach Lasagna

Combine spaghetti mix, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water in saucepan
- 1 package spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 c water
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained very dry)
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 package lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese (grated)

- 1 can beef broth (10.5 oz)
- 1 can or bottle of beer (12 oz)
- 1-3 lbs of pork tenderloin or some kind of roast
- french rolls or something similar

Baked Artichoke Dip

- juice of 1 lemon
