Cucumber Herb Spread

Mix all ingredients except crackers
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese softened(Can use 1/3 less fat Neufchatel cheese)
- 1 c. finely shredded cucumber (well drained)
- 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese (can use reduced fat)
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- Triscuit crackers
Easy Breakfast Casserole

Brown and crumble the sausage in a skillet
- 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
- 3 green onions, chopped whites and greens
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C. milk
- 3 frozen shredded hash brown patties
- 1 1/4 C. shredded Colby jack cheese
Bread Pudding

Grease 9x13 baking dish. Place bread crumbs and raisins in the baking dish
- 4 c bread cut into cubes
- 1/2 c raisins or chocolate chips
- 3 c milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

Mix oil. all of the spices, and salt in a large bowl
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/1 /2 tsp. rosemary leaves (Crushed)
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 T oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 chicken thighs (skin removed)
- 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes cut into cubes
Angel Hair Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to directions
- 1 7 oz. package of angel hair pasta
- 4 tomatoes (seeded & chopped)
- 1 c thinly sliced carrots
- 1 medium cucumber (chopped)
- 6 green onions
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Mini Red Velvet Bundt Cakes

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 mini Bundt pans
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese (divided)
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla (divided)
- 1 pkg. red velvet cake mix
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1-2 T milk
- sprinkles
Grandma's Cucumber Salad

Combine all in a large bowl, toss making sure everything is coated well
- 3 Med. Cucumbers Peeled and Sliced 1/4"
- 1 Med. Onion sliced and separate into rings
- 3 Med. tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1/2 C. Vinegar
- 1/4 C. Sugar
- 1 C. water
- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 2 tsp.salt
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
Strawberry Pudding Jello Salad

Bring water to boil and add pudding and jello
- 1 package small vanilla pudding
- 1 package 3 oz strawberry jello
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 10 oz. frozen strawberries
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 2 bananas
- 1 9 oz. cool whip
Spicy Italian Crescent Ring

1 Heat oven to 375°F. 2 Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 8 rectangles
- 2 cans (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup well drained roasted red bell peppers (from a jar)
- 8 slices provolone cheese, halved
- 1/3 lb deli sliced hot salami
- 1/4 lb deli sliced ham
- 1/4 lb deli sliced capocollo
- 1/2 cup well drained hot pepper rings (from a jar)
