Chicken and Dumpling Bake

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In sauce pan, add first 4 ingredients and simmer while preparing topping
- TOPPING:
- 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/3 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Sweet Pretzel Nuggets

Place pretzels in a microwave saf bowl
- 1 pkg pretzels (15-18 oz)
- 2/3 c oil
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts

Slice each Brussels sprout very thin until you have a mound of feathery sprout ribbons
- 12-14 large Brussels sprouts
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted)
Stacked Wonton

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 T + 1/4 c olive oil
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 T rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 c Napa cabbage (julienne)
- 2 c romaine lettuce (julienne)
- 1/2 red pepper (julienne)
- 1 carrot (julienne)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 radishes
- 3 green onions
- 1/4 c toasted cashews
Avocado and Tomato Salad

Toss all ingredients in a bowl and top on a bed of lettuce (if desired) M
- 4 cups avocados, diced medium
- 2 cups grape tomatoes or 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups cucumbers, peeled and diced medium
- 1 cup red onion, diced small
- 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt
- fresh black pepper
- Lettuce (if you want)
Southern Avocado Seen-Layer Dip

Halve and seed avocados. Scoop out pulp and add to food processor
- 6 avocados
- 3 T lime juice
- salt to taste
- 1 can black beans or baked beans
- 3 c corn (canned or thawed frozen)
- 1 container ranch style vegetable dip
- 1/3 c finely chopped green onions
- 2 tomatoes (seeded & finely chopped)
- 1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1/2 c taco sauce or BBQ sauce
- corn chips or potato chips
Ozark Down Home Snack Dip

Place the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until thoroughly combined
- 1/4 c. Ozark BBQ sauce
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 T green onion (diced)
Hot Smoked Turkey Cubanos

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls (split)
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 lb. turkey
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 dill pickle (sliced lengthwise)
- 1 c roasted red peppers drained
Hot Chicken Dip

Heat chicken and sauce on the stove top until warm
- 1 can chicken
- 3/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheese

Beat together the butter and sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, soft (margarine works very well)
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, soft
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Topping
- 1 (106 g) package chocolate instant pudding, 4 serving size
- 1 (106 g) package instant vanilla pudding, 4 serving size
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
- 1 chocolate bar, grated
