Vanilla Macaroons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 c. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 14 oz. bag shredded coconut (sweetened)
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Prosciutto Wrapped Pickled Asparagus

Blot 15 -16 asparagus spears well with paper towel
- 1 32 oz. jar pickled asparagus
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto
Green Bean and Onion Saute'

Cook and stir onion in oil 5 minutes or until tender
- 1 small onion (cut into wedges)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 can green beans (drained)
- 1 c. tomato wedges
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Winter Sunrise

In pitcher add ingredients
- 3 c. orange juice (chilled)
- 2 c. lemon-lime soda
- 1/2 c. orange liqueur (if desired)
Crock Pot Beer Chicken

1.Place all ingredients in the crock pot, and cook on high for 4-5 hrs, or low for 6-8 hrs
- 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts (I used 8 breasts, 4oz ea)
- 1 bottle or can of your favorite beer (I used Guinness)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sugar Cookies

Cream together the first 3 ingredients adding 1 egg at a time
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Hot Artichoke Dip

Drain and chop artichokes
- 1 can artichokes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. parmesan cheese
- garlic powder to taste
- paprika
Fruit Slush

Mix together. Put in 5 oz
- 1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
- 1 6 oz. can frozen pink lemonade
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 12 oz. can 7-Up
- 3 bananas (chopped)
- 1 10 oz. bag chopped frozen strawberries with juice (thawed)
Simple Tomato And Avocado Salad

Combine all ingredients in small bowl and toss together
- 2 medium vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and fresh pepper
Pretzel Salad

Bottom Layer: Combine 2 c pretzels, 3/4 c butter and 1 T sugar amd press into a 9 x 13 pan
- 2 c pretzels (broken) not fine
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 T sugar
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 8 oz cool whip
- 1 large box strawberry jello
- 2 c water
- 2 10 oz pkgs froxen strawberries w/sugar
