Tator Hot Dish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 box dry beef onion soup mix
- 1 bag mixed vegetables (16 oz.)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c milk
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tater tots (32 oz.)
Breakfast Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 can Pillsbury grand biscuits
- 1 8 oz. package fully cooked bacon
- 1 8 oz.package Velveeta shreds
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 8 eggs
- salt and pepper
- chopped green onion (optional)
- Pico de Gallo (optional)
Blackberry Mint Lime Fruit Roll-Up

Preheat oven to 170 degrees
- 3 c. blackberries
- 1/4 c. mint leaves (optional)
- 1/4 c. honey
- Finely grated rind of 1 lime
- 2 T lime juice
- Parchment paper
Ben's Best Peanut Butter 'n Yogurt Dip

Combine peanut butter and yogurt in medium bowl
- 1/2 c Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 c nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 c assorted fruit (I use bananas, strawberries and apples)
Chiles-Meat-Hot Dip

Cook hamburger and sausage
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 yellow chili peppers chopped
- 1 small can green chilis
- 1 lb. velvetta cheese (cubed)
- 1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
Fiesta Chicken

Put all ingredients in crock pot
- 2-4 chicken breasts
- 1 can corn (not drained)
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 packet dry Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch mix
Cranberry Ice

Pour dry jello and 4 cups sugar in big bowl
- 1 package lemon Jello
- 1 package cranberries
- 1 qt. boiling water
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. orange juice
The Best Strawberry Lemonade

Cut the LEMONS in half. Spoon out PULP over pitcher
- 18 lemons
- 12 cups water......
- 3 cups sugar (you can adjust to your liking and also use sugar substitute if you prefer)
- 3 cups strawberries
Grandma's Cucumber Salad

Combine all in a large bowl, toss making sure everything is coated well
- 3 Med. Cucumbers Peeled and Sliced 1/4"
- 1 Med. Onion sliced and separate into rings
- 3 Med. tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1/2 C. Vinegar
- 1/4 C. Sugar
- 1 C. water
- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 2 tsp.salt
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
Baked Apples in a Bag.

- 1 apple, 1tsp sugar, 1tsp water, 1/4tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cornstarch
