Classic 100% Whole Wheat Bread

1) In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir till the dough starts to leave the sides of the bowl
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water*
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey, molasses, or maple syrup
- 3 1/2 cups King Arthur Premium 100% Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast, or 1 packet active dry yeast dissolved in 2 tablespoons of the water in the recipe
- 1/4 cup Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dried milk
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- Use the greater amount in winter or in a dry climate; the lesser amount in summer or a humid climate.
Strawberry Chia Jam

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup sweet apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 serrano pepper, half seeded

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

1. Begin by combining peanut butter and oil in a large mixing bowl
- Optional:
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
TASTY OATMEAL MUFFINS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with paper muffin cups
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Applesauce
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 3 cup Oats
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 C. Pecans
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
Amaretto Cake with cinnamon swirl

1. Preheat oven to 350'. Generously grease 10" bundt pan
- GLAZE:
- 1 c sliced alonds
- 1 TBS cinnamon
- 3 TBS almond paste
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 1 4 serving size pkg white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c cooking oil
- 1/2 c amaretto or 1/2 c water plus 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/3 c water
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 TBS butter
