- 1/2 teasp. vanilla

First Layer: Mix and pat in 13x9 inch pan and bake 15-20 mins
- First Layer: 1 stick butter, 1 cup flour,1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Second Layer: 1 cup powdered sugar,8oz. pkg. cream cheese,2 cups cool whip
- Third Layer: 2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding, 3 cups cold milk
- Four th Layer: Cool Whip
- Topping: Crush oreo cookies and sprinkle over top.
