Grease and flour 10" tube pan
- 1 pkg. bread balls (24 must be frozen)
- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teasp. cinnamon
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pecans, broken
Four Hour Lamb

Directions Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 1 (6 to 7-pound) leg of lamb (see note)
- Good olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (750-ml) bottle dry white wine
- 2 heads of garlic, broken apart but not peeled
- 15 large sprigs fresh rosemary
- 15 large sprigs fresh thyme
- 6 bay leaves
Cabbage Stew

Fry meat and onions, add chopped garlic, add paste and 3 cans water
- 1 lb. ground round
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 half cabbage, cut in strips
- 1 teasp. accent
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic chopped fine

- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lard, plus 2 teaspoons for greasing
- 5 1/2 cups biscuit mix with butter flakes, such as Atkinson's
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
OMG Flounder

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 4 (6-oz) flounder fillets (I used Sole because that was what looked the best at the grocery this morning)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano (I probably used more since I "eyeballed" it)

Buddy's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

PREPARATION: 1.Place a small sauté pan over medium heat
- INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 pound bulk hot Italian sausage (or removed from casings)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons fine, seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 ounces approximately, finely torn or diced fresh mozzarella
- 6 plump chicken breast halves – boneless and skinless
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 12 toothpicks

.Directions 1.Cook cauliflower till very tender and separate and chop into tiny pieces

- 1 head cauliflower
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- oil ( for frying, I use half vegetable half olive oil)

Process, 1) Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
- Ingredients:
- Serves 6
- For the topping
- 1 cup of Flour
- 3/4 cup of Oats
- 1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter very cold and cut into small dices
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- For the filling,
- 3 pounds of Macintosh Apples, peeled, cored and cut into big chunks
- Zest and juice of half of a small Lemon
- Zest and juice of 1 Orange
- 2 Tbsp of Flour

Leek, Potato and Morel Gratin

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened plus more for dish
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 11/2 ounces (1 cup) fresh morel mushrooms, washed, patted dry, and halved or quartered if large
- 2 small cloves fresh garlic, sliced
- 11/2 lbs. white all purpose or Yukon Gold potatoes (3 medium)
- 2 medium leeks (white and pale green parts only), cut on the diagonal into 1/2
- into 1/2 inch slices and rinsed well
- Coarse salt
- Zest of half a lemon
