- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small Spanish onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 pound crumbled blue cheese, plus 1/4 cup for garnishing
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- Potato Chips:*
- 4 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and sliced lengthwise into 1/8-inch thick slices on a mandoline
- 2 quarts peanut oil or canola oil
- Salt

Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar

- 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

- 2 lb 13 oz can of Ragu sauce
- 1 TBS Italian seasoning
- 1 TSP pepper
- 1 lb pork country ribs
- 1 TBS Garlic
- 29 oz can of tomato sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 TBS Sugar

Rusty Mustard Carolina Style BBQ Sauce - Date Night Doins BBQ For Two

Instructions In a medium size saucepot combine all ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup horseradish mustard
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 2 teaspoons coarse grind fresh black pepper

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 Tbs butter melted
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesean Cheese

Bake loaf of Italian bread in oven until lightly brown
- 1 loaf Italian-style or French Bread
- 1/2 C (1 stick) butter softened
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 slices Fontina cheese, thinly sliced and trimmed to fit bread
- 3 mozzarella thinly sliced and trimmed to fil bread
- 3 oz. mushrooms sliced
- 3 slices Roma tomato
- 1 1/2 Tbs. pesto sauce
- Pinch of Olive oil
- Pinch of fresh basil julienne strips
