Brisket Puffs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 package Farm Rich Smokehouse Pulled Beef Brisket
- 1 package Puff Pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or cheddar/Monterrey combo
- 3 jalapenos, thinly sliced, seeds removed (optional)
Beef Rub

1) Mix the ingredients together in a bowl
- 3 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons table salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chili or ancho powder
- 1 teaspoon chipotle or cayenne powder
Beer n Brat Cheese Dip

Remove the brats from the casing and cook in a saucepot over medium-low heat, until cooked through
- 3 links bratwurst
- 1 bottle beer
- 1 10-oz. block cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 ozs. cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Saucy Mama Smoky Garlic Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. course ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1 ciabatta loaf
- olive oil
- kosher salt
Cajun Rub

Mix together. Sweet and spicy rub
- 1 TBS light brown sugar
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 TBS onion powder
- 1 TBS paprika
- 2 TSP dried thyme
- 2 TSP oregano
- 2 TSP kosher salt
- 2 TSP coarse ground pepper
Chocolate-Coconut Cake Bites (Lamingtons)

- 5 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut (2-2/3 cups)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Eclair Cake

Butter bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan
- 15 Honey Graham crackers
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1 tub (8 OZ) Cool Whip topping, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 2 teas. light corn syrup
- 2 teas. pure vanilla extract
Jack Daniel’s Pork Tenderloin

- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the homemade condensed cream of chicken soup, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat
- homemade cream of chicken condensed soup:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon paste*
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 32-oz. bag of hash browns, defrosted
- 14 oz. smoked sausage, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
