- 1/2 batch pizza dough (enough for 1 pizza)
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed (about 20-24 pieces)
- Sliced pepperoni

- Italian seasoning

Slow Cooker Hawaiian BBQ Wonton Tacos

Place pork roast in the slow cooker
- 24-30 small wonton wrappers (can be found in the chilled Asian section near the produce)
- 1 pound pork roast
- 4 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 2 teaspoons salt (sea salt if you have it)
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice (I used the juice from a can of crushed pineapple)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
Orange Cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) and lightly butter or line 12 muffin cups with paper liners
- 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cup (130 grams) granulated white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of pure orange extract
- Zest of 1 orange (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups (195 grams) all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- (1) 8 ounce package of cream cheese; room temperature
- 2 tablespoon of butter; room temperature
- 1 tablespoon of shortening
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar; add more to reach desired consistency
BBQ Chili Chicken Wonton Cups

Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 12 wonton wrappers
- cooking spray
- 1 can chicken breast (or use 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded)
- 1 teaspoon chipotle sauce from canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon chipotle seasoning (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup canned black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- Jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
- Cilantro leaves (optional)
Pork Wontons

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients, except the wonton wrappers, and mix until cominbed
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek chili paste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup minced water chestnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 40-50 wonton wrappers
- bowl of water, to seal the wrappers
- 2 cups canola oil for frying
- Sweet Thai Chili sauce for dipping, if desired
Sauerkraut and Kielbasa Nachos with Cracked Pepper-Dijon Cream

To make the Cracked Pepper-Dijon Cream, combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons sauerkraut juice (reserve from jar)
- 3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 link (14 oz) Polska Kielbasa, cubed into 1/2" pieces
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained and squeezed
- 4 cups Sargento Off the Block Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 bag (13 oz) tortilla strips
Goat Cheese with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Rosemary

Mix together sun-dried tomatoes, rosemary and salt
- 1 5-ounce log of fresh goat cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (use tomatoes in olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- pinch of salt

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
