caseydog's gnocchi with spicy vodka tomato cream sauce

Put the gnocchi in a pot of water, and bring to a boil
- 1 pound of gnocchi
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- A 28 ounce can of whole tomatoes
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons of vodka
CORN CASSEROLE SUPREME

Preheat oven top 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend well
- 1 reg. size can of creamed corn
- 1 reg. size can of yellow corn, drained
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- paprika for sprinkling top

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- In a large bowl, combine:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

- 1 1/2 lbs. yellow crookneck squash, trimmed and sliced
- 1 reg. can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz. cont. sour cream
- 1 4 oz. jar chopped pimientos
- 1 8 1/2 oz. can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
- 2 med. onions, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. herb stuffing mix

- Basic 1-2-3-4 Cake with coconut milk:
- 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups sifted self-rising flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup flaked, sweetened coconut
- -Minute Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar or 1 tablespoon white corn syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

1.Place graham crackers in the bowl of a food processor, and pulse until fine crumbs are formed

- Ten 4 3/4-by-2 1/2-inch graham crackers, broken into pieces

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 ounces best-quality milk chocolate, plus more for curls
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream

- Sushi rolling mat (if you dont have one a cloth napkin will work too, just not as well)
- 4 cups of sushi rice
- rice vinegar
- 3 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 2 celery stalks cut into matchsticks
- 6 big button mushrooms cut into small strips
- 3 avocados cut into small strips
- 16 pieces of asparagus with the bottom (non flowery) ends cut off
- 16 sheets of nori
- sesame oil
- garlic powder
- 1 c. vegenaise
- hot sauce(we prefer hot cock)
- Braggs (soy sauce)

- 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 lb hot bulk pork sausage
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 loaf of baked bread or roud bread from supermarket bakery
- 1 large bag of Frito Scoops

- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons (or more) ice water
- Filling:
- 2 pounds firm but ripe pears (about 5 medium), peeled, cored, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 9 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- Pinch of salt
- 2 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
- 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
- Walnut-Streusel Topping
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- PreparationUsing on/off turns, blend all ingredients in processor until coarse crumbs form.
