Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings-SM favorite

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank's)
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/8 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t cayene pepper
- 12-14 chicken wing drummettes (6-7 wings w/ tips removed and cut at joint)
Italian Sausage and Penne Casserole

Cook Italian sausage in oven at 400 degrees until brown, approximately 8 minutes per side
- 1 (8.0 ounce package) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 (links) Italian sausages
- 1 (pound) penne pasta
- 1 (16.0 ounce jar) pasta sauce
- (to taste) salt and pepper

Mexican Lasagna

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 1 - 1.5-oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 C. diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1 15-oz. container ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 6-oz. pkg. refrigerated corn tortillas (10 tortillas, approx. 5-inch diameter)
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Grilled Corn, Avocado and Tomato Salad with Honey Lime Dressing.

Remove husks from corn and grill over medium heat for 10 minutes
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 ears of fresh sweet corn
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- HONEY LIME DRESSING
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Dash of cayenne pepper

- 5 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 2 tsp Dijon mustard, whole grain preferred
- 1 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), peeled and left whole
- 1/2 tsp table salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
