Chocolate Caramel Brownies

These brownies could very well be the most decadent brownies I’ve ever eaten
- For the brownies:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 12 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped (optional, I didn't use any)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- For the caramel filling:
- 14 ounces caramel candies, unwrapped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Peanut Butter Rice Krispies

- 1 c. sugar

- 1 pkg ff pioneer country gravy mix
Chicken Fried Steak (WW)

- 4 lean cube steaks
- 1/2 cup fat-free buttermilk
- 1 cup flour (reserve 1 Tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups skim milk

- 2 cups grape jelly
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 3 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TBS Mustard
- OR
- 1 lb smokies
- 12 oz chili sauce
- 10 oz grape jelly
Skinny Garlic Mashed Potatoes (WW)

No need to give up on mashed potatoes with this lightened up recipe using low fat ingredients garlic and fresh herb...
- 2 lbs (4 medium) yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 large garlic cloves, peeled and halved
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/4 cup fat free chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 tbsp light butter
- kosher salt to taste
- dash of fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs of choice: parsley, thyme, tarragon
Sesame Chicken (LF)

1. In shallow dish, combine the flour, salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 2-4 inch strips
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted*
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- To toast seeds, place in dry skillet and toast over med-high heat, shaking the pan for a minute or so - until fragrant and browned. I like to do this step first so I can cook the chicken in the same skillet to pick up extra flavor

- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 T. smooth peanut butter
- 1 c. frozen banana chunks
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
Buckeye Brownies

- 19-1/2 oz. pkg. brownie mix
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. plus 6 T. butter, softened and divided
- 8-oz. jar creamy peanut butter
- 6-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Baked Pork Chops

- 1 . Ranch Dressing In A Bottle.
- 2 . 3 Cups Fine Dry Italian Bread Crumbs.
- 3 . 1 Small Package Dry Italian Dressing Mix.
- 4 . 2 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese.
- 5 . 1 Tablespoon Dry Powdered Garlic.
- 6 . 6 Large Loin Pork Chops.
