Chicken Enchilada Puffs

I thought this was good, just not super good
- 1 package jumbo crescent rolls
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
- 1/3 cup enchilada or taco sauce
- 2 teaspoons enchilada or taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup Mexican shredded cheese for sprinkling
Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs

These are so easy and are a really fun dessert for any get together or cook out
- Kabobs:
- Skewers or lollipop sticks (which you can buy in the candy making section of your hobby store)
- Strawberries
- Thawed frozen pound cake
- Fruit Dip:
- 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional — but the black flecks it added through the dip is awesome)

- .75 lb Ham Cubed (ham steak or deli meat)
- 1 heaping cup frozen peas (frozen is best)
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 cups hot milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 16 ounce boxes frozen Perogies (Mrs T's, 24 pieces) boiled in lightly salted water for 7 minutes
Snickerdoodle Pumpkin Walnut Bread

Makes 2 loaves
- FOR THE STREUSEL TOPPING:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree, or just under two cups
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, I doubled the butter to make it extra-good

- 1/3 cup FF fancy shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices Hardwood smoked white turkey lunch meat, cut into tiny pieces
- 1 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
- Dash of pepper (optional)
- 1 TSP FF garlic butter sprinkles (optional)

- 1 head of Boston Lettuce, about 8 large leaves from the head for wraps
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb. Ground Chicken
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 cup chopped shitake mushrooms
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped, for garnish
- additional sliced almonds for garnish

- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (200g) cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups (188g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- FILLING:
- 8 ounces (200g) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 large egg yolk
- 5 tablespoons (75g) sugar

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
