Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Macarons
- 1 3/4 cups + 2 1/2 tabespoons almond flour/meal
- 1 3/4 cups + 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup + 1 1/2 tablespoons egg whites
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons egg whites
- 1 cup + 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- Honey Lavender Buttercream
- 3 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/16 teaspoon lavender oil
- 3 teaspoons honey
- food colouring to your desired colour (optional)
Chocolate Turtle Thumbprints

Combine flour, cocoa, and salt in bowl
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, separated, plus 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped fine
- 14 soft caramel candies
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
Cereal bars (Rice Treats)

Melt butter and marshmallows in a large pot on low heat, careful not to scorch
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 10 ounce package of large marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6-7 cups of the cereal of your choice (preferably rice krispies, trix, fruity pebbles, or those of that nature)
M&M Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 stick/1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose Gold Medal Flour
- 3 tablespoons Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 or 1-1/2 cups Mini M and M’s
Coconut Macaroons

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat version)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1 egg white (approx. 3 tablespoons)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Dairy Free Cheese Ball

Mix cream cheese and green onion thoroughly
- 2 8oz tubs of Tofutti Cream Cheese
- 1 bundle of green onions, chopped
- 2 pkg. Buddig Beef slices
- Crackers of desired choice
Fresh Raspberry Buttercream

Great sandwiched between brownies and as cake filling!
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 12 oz. frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of milk if needed
Royal Icing

Hardens as it dries, makes a lot!
- 3 tablespoons of powdered egg whites
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
Tuna Noodle Casserole

For the casserole: Preheat the oven to 375degrees F
- Casserole:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for baking dish
- One 12-ounce bag egg noodles (or 4 cups)
- Kosher salt
- 1 pound tuna drained and flaked
- 10 ounces frozen peas, thawed
- 3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar or whatever mix you want
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon whole dried thyme
- Freshly ground black pepper
- few celery stalks, chopped
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock or broth
- 2 cups heavy cream (substitute)
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs (Japanese)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Chicken Marsala Ravioli

Dough: To make the pasta dough: In an electric mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine the flour and salt
- Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs, plus 1 for egg wash
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Filling:
- 8 ounces chicken breast, diced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine or chicken broth
- 4 thin slices prosciutto, sliced
- 4 bay leaves
- Fresh thyme and parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- fresh oregano leaves
- Salt and pepper
