Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- BLONDIE LAYER:
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) salted butter, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 6 ounces white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- FROSTING:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 6 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Fresh Dairy Free Strawberry Milkshakes

Blend strawberries, vanilla,ice cream and milk in a blender until smooth
- bag of frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- couple of scoops of lactose free/dairy free vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. lactose free/dairy free milk
Angel Chicken Pasta

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 7 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 bunch of chives/green onions
- 1 pound angel hair pasta

- 5 large egg whites
- 1 c. mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Chili-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Preheat grill to medium high
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pork tenderloin

- Cupcakes:
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® devil's food cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup Betty Crocker® Whipped fluffy white frosting
- 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
- Frosting and Garnish:
- 1 container Betty Crocker® Whipped fluffy white frosting
- 10 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely broken (about 1 cup)
