  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour

  • NOTE: To make sour milk use 1 Tbsp vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup milk. Let stand 15 minutes.
