- TOPPING:

- 1 square (1 oz) unsweetened chocolate
Orange Cream Pop Cupcakes

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 3 ounce package orange-flavor gelatin
- 1 2-layer-size package white cake mix
- 1 4-serving-size package cheesecake instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice

Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes

Allow butter and eggs to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

FLUFFLY CARAMEL PIE

Combine the cookie crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate
- FILLING:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed gingersnaps
- 1/4 cup butteror margarine, melted
- 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 28 caramels
- 1 cup milk
- dash salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- Caramel ice cream topping, optional
- Additional pecans, optional
EGGS IN MUFFIN CUPS

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 - 21 oz cn cherry pie filling
CHOCOLATE-COVERED CHEESECAKE SQUARES

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- COATING:
- 24 squares (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate
