CREAMY CHILLED CHEESECAKE

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan
- CRUST:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- FILLING:
- 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup whipped cream, whipped
- strawberries halves
MINESTRONE WITH TURKEY SOUP

In a Dutch oven, saute the onion, carrot, celery and garlic in oil until tender
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 celery rib, sliced
