  • 1 1/2 C whole wheat flour
  • 1 C all purpose flour
  • 1/2 C powdered skim milk
  • 1/2 C oats
  • 2 T wheat germ
  • 1/2 C PB
  • Start mixer on low.
  • Add one egg and one cup water.
  • It's a sticky dough.
  • Flour board and hands. Form ball with dough. Flour rolling pin. Roll out to 1/2 inch. Cut out shapes.
  • Brush with egg wash (1 egg + 1 T water) and sprinkle with oat meal. Bake 325 for one hour.
