Berry and yogurt crepes

- 2 T honey
- 1 C + 2 T cranberry-apple chutney
Jamacan Jerk Chicken w/ Strawberry Mango Salsa

Mix all ingredients together for the salsa and refridgerate for ~2 hrs
- Chicken breasts:
- 3 TBSP lime juice
- 2 TBSP vegatable oil
- 6-8 TBSP Jamacan Jerk seasoning
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (~2 lbs)
- Strawberry Salsa:
- 1 Mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 TBSP champagne vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh (1/4 tsp dried) cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped*
- Zest of 1/4 of an orange
- 2 tsp agave
- pinch of salt and pepper

1. Cream the butter and sugar
- For Chocolate Banana Bread, add:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 7 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup lite sour cream or greek yogurt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

- 1 lb medium cooked shrimp, frozen
- 1 bunch asparagus, 1" pieces (discarding bottom fourth)

- 4 medium cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 T chopped fresh parsley
- small head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- *optional 2 oz crumpled goat cheese

- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 t honey

- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
- 2 (16 ounce) packages beef frankfurters
- 16 wooden skewers
