- 3 tablespoons of kosher salt (or half as much table salt)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 pounds small pickling cucumbers or 2 seedless English cucumbers (the kind wrapped in plastic)
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and halved
- 4 large sprigs of dill (or two fresh dill heads, if you can get them)
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns

- 1 carrot, peeled and small diced
- 3/4 lb Fusilli Bucati pasta
- 1 summer squash, halved lengthwise, cut into 1/4" thick pieces

- 1 yellow onion, small diced
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 6 oz cherry tomatoes, halved.

- 1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate

- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 whole cloves
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 1 bag oyster crackers
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 can beans (for topping)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (for topping)

1) Place ground beef & onion to 4-qt pot
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cans (15.5 oz each) chili beans in sauce, undrained
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp chili powder

1) Cook & drain pasta as directed on package
- 1 pkg (16 oz) rotini
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

- 1/4 cup sliced pitted black ripe olives
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni (3 oz)

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned & sliced
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf

1. To make the hibiscus simple syrup, combine the sugar, water, and hibiscus flowers in a small pan
- For the Hibiscus Simple Syrup:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 ounce dried hibiscus flowers
- For the Cocktail:
- ice
- 3 ounces ginger beer
- 6 ounces semi-dry sparkling cider
- 1 tablespoon hibiscus simple syrup (recipe above)

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup red onions
- 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
