- 1 1/4 cups quick-cook rolled oats (not instant)
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup honey or brown rice syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or other oil of choice
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white baking chips
- 1 cup craisins, coarsely chopped
