In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first seven ingredients

- 1 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 red potato (sliced)
- 1 onions (halved and thinly sliced)
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (5 ounces)
Mac and Cheese

Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water according the package instructions
- 10 oz (300g) dried macaroni
- salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 5 1/2 oz (150g) grated aged chedder cheese
- 1 3/4 oz (50g) finely grated parmesan cheese
Baked Spiced Granny Smith Apples recipe

Slice the apples in half and core
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts (or almonds or walnuts or pecans), chopped
- 2 tsp baking spice (I used Savory Spice Shop baking spice which consists of Saigon Cinnamon, Indonesian Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Allspice, and Ginger)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Honey
- Apple cider or juice
- Butter
Crouton Cups with Caesar Salad

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 12 very thin slices firm white bread
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (or extra virgin olive oil)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon each dried thyme and dried parsley leaves
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 3 cups diced chilled Romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup chilled Caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Crunchy Honey Garlic Pork Chops or Chicken

Whisk the eggs and 4 Tbs. water together in a shallow dish
- Glaze:
- 6-9 pork chops or chicken breasts (not too thick, you can use boneless pork loin)
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbs water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Canola or vegetable oil for frying chops
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbs chopped garlic
- 2 Tbs butter
Lasagne

Brown hamburger, heat oil, add onion and garlic and saute 5 minutes
- Sauce:
- 2 containers (15 oz. ea.) ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 uncooked Mueller's Lasagne
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 12 ounces tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Roast Chicken and Root Vegetables

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 good-quality chicken, 3 lb 3 oz-4.5 lb
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3 large carrots, cut into 1 in chunks
- 2 rutabagas, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken stock
Cajun Shrimp and Pasta

Cook angel hair pasta in rolling boiling salted water until just done and drain, hold hot
- 1 tablespoon butter, salted
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 16 shrimp
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked
- blue cheese, crumbled
Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Mix all 6 ingredients together in a saucepan and then put over medium heat on the stove
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or granulated garlic)
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Corn Casserole

- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, canned, with juice
- 1 can creamed corn
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
