Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Bites

Preheat over to 350 degrees Grease mini muffin tins (really, really, really grease them well!!) Smoosh cookie dough...
- Pre-made refrigerated cookie dough
- Prepared brownie mix (Any kind from a box will work.
- Follow the instructions on the box)
- Mini Reese’s peanut butter cups and/or Rolo’s (I used both, I made half the batch with Reese’s and half with Rolo’s)
- Mini Muffin or cupcake Pan

Slow Cooker Potato & Kielbasa Chowder

In a 6 quart crock-pot add all of the ingredients except the cream and cheese
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 (32 Oz.) Carton Chicken Broth
- 6 -8 Medium Potatoes, Peeled & Diced
- 2 Cups Frozen Corn
- 1 (16 Oz.) Fully Cooked Kielbasa, sliced into 1/4 inch slices (I used Hillshire Farms brand)
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 8 Oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Notes: To lower the calories you could easily substitute half & half for the cream, use low-fat or fat free cheese and a turkey kielbasa.
Beef, Soy Sauce & Mushroom Dijon Recipe

- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 3/4 pound), cut into strips
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request®)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 cup regular long-grain white rice, prepared according to package directions without salt (about 3 cups)
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
