- 1 package (24 oz) frozen shredded potatoes
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1 cup cubed salami
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pot Roast

- One 3 to 5-pound chuck roast
- 2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 whole onions, peeled and halved

- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp fresh sage

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 10 oz (300g) mixed mushrooms, such as crimini, shitake, and oyster, roughly chopped
- 14 oz (400g) risotto rice
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- salt
- 10 oz (300g) cooked chicken, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1 1/4 (40g) grated Grana Padano cheese, plus extra to serve
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
