Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice

Heat oil, cook turkey 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is brown
- 1 pound turkey breast tenderloins, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 medium carrot, sliced (1/2 cup)
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 5 ounces)
- 29 ounces chicken broth
- 1 can dream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked wild rice, rinsed and drained
Zucchini Bread

Mix all ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees, until lightly browned and tests done with a toothpick
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups grated zucchini (unpeeled)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup salad oil

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

- 1/2 cup firm coconut oil or shortening
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
Buckeye Brownie Cookies

Combine the butter, unsweetened chocolate and 1 ½ cups of semi sweet chocolate in a saucepan
- For the cookies:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- For the peanut butter filling
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

- 1 pound large strawberries
- 8oz. block cream cheese – soft
- 3 – 4 tablespoons powdered sugar (depends on how sweet you want the filling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or use almond, lemon, etc. )

- 1 pint whipping cream- 2 cups
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tsp. Parsley flakes

Chicken Parmesan Skillet Pot Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 28 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (I used a rotisserie)
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, room temperature (see pie crust recipe)
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
Green Bean Casserole

- 4 cups fresh green beans, cut
- 1 dash pepper

- 1 1/3 cup fried onions, French's
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
