Five Bean Bake

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour or in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours
- 8 slices bacon, fried & drained
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 can butter beans, drained
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can lima beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can baked beans
Nibbles for Dogs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 T. honey
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1 T. nutmeg
- 2 3/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup chunky applesauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
Berry Cheesecake Pie

Place one phyllo sheet in a greased 9-in
- 8 sheets phyllo dough (14"x9")
- Butter flavored cooking spray
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar free strawberry jelly
- 1 cup lite whipped topping
- Sliced fresh strawberries and additional blueberries, optional
Taco Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 375. Brown the meat in a skillet and drain off fat (I use a collander)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 36 wonton wrappers
- Favorite taco toppings - salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, etc

Mini Chili Cups

Spray mini muffin tin with Pam non-stick cooking spray
- Optional toppings:
- 3-4 Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Cooked Chili (leftovers are great for this)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Shredded Cheese (I used Colby & Jack)

- Chopped Avocado or Guacamole

Baked Ham with Brown Sugar Honey Glaze

- 18 to 20-pound smoked ham, water added, ham hock removed
- One 16-ounce box light brown sugar
- 1 cup (8-ounce jar) clover honey
Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole (Trisha Yearwood)

Cook the long-grain and wild rice mixes according to the package directions
- Two 6-ounce boxes long-grain and wild rice mix, such as Uncle Ben's
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, plus more for greasing dish
- 16 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced, or two 4 1/2-ounce cans sliced mushrooms, drained (reserve the liquid)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 4 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, diced
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced pimientos
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Stir until smooth. Pop into freezer for 30-45 minutes
- 6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 2 T. cocoa powder
- Stevia to taste
Apple Pecan Delight

- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 2 T. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 t. baking powder
- 3 T. chopped pecans
