Lasagna Bake

*Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water to prevent them from sticking
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked*
- 2 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- oregano or basil
- garlic salt
- 3 cups shredded Mozzarella or cheese of your choice
Hot Chocolate

To make the basic hot chocolate, combine the milk with the half-and-half in a small saucepan
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup good semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon sugar, optional
- Whipped cream, to serve

Four Bean Bake

Brown beef, onion and bacon in Dutch oven and cook, stirring constantly, until beef is browned
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4-6 slices bacon
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 T. mustard
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 t. chili powder
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can pork & beans
- 1 can lima beans, drained slightly
- 1 can butter beans, drained slightly
Garlic Parmesan Chicken

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1/4 t. black papper

Butterscotch Crunch Ricotta Pancakes

Whiz all ingredients (except cereal) in mini food processor
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix, dry
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Torani Syrup (any flavor SF Vanilla, Caramel, etc.)
- 3 Tablespoons Multigrain Pancake Mix
- 1/4 cup Grape Nuts Cereal
Granny’s Biscuits

Coconut flour is intensely dry and requires far more liquid that the nut flours
- Have all ingredients at room temperature before mixing.
- 6 Tbs coconut flour
- 6 Tbs lard, vegetable oil or unsalted butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbs yogurt or milk (whole, almond, soy or buttermilk - my favorite)
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp buttermilk blend (optional)
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
