- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 Tbl. maple syrup
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- Salt
- 1 1/2 t. butter
- 1 slice bread
- 1 T. chocolate chips
Orange Balsamic Chicken

Flatten chicken breasts to 1/2" thick
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 T. butter
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar free orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
