Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 T. butter
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar free orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Flatten chicken breasts to 1/2" thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; dredge in flour. Melt margarine in skillet. Add chicken; cook 8-10 minutes or until done, turning once. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
Combine broth and cornstarch; stir in marmalade. Stir roth mixture into skillet; cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Stir in vinegar. Reduct heat to medium; add chicken, turning to coat. Cook 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
