Ho ho ho Holiday Cherry Cheesecake sugar free

Even though this is a sugar free cheesecake, it is still very rich
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- One package Voortman's sugar free Almond cookies
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Three , 8-ounce packages, Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- 2/3 cup Truvia for Baking (or use 1 cup Splenda)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- One jar Smucker’s Sugar Free Cherry Preserves simmered with 10 ounce bag frozen pitted cherries and cooled to room temperature

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 4 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 12-oz. can beer
Roast Sticky Chicken – Rotisserie Style

Mix seasonings together in small bowl
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- 1/2 t. white pepper
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 lb. whole chicken
Teriyaki Pork Ribs

In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over ribs
- 1 lb. boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1/2 t. garlic-pepper blend
- 1/4 t. ginger
- 1/4 cup teriyake baste & glaze
- 2 T. chili sauce or ketchup
- 2 T. pineapple preserves*
- Could also use orange marmalade or apricot preserves.
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Trim fat from ribs and cut in half to fit slow cooker, if necessary.
- Sprinkle ribs with garlic-pepper blend and ginger; place in slow cooker.
JAMAICAN BANANA BREAD

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt (or pina colada flavored!!)
- 3 tablespoons dark rum OR apple cider
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon flaked sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
Orange Sauce

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 t. salt

- Crust:
- 8 oz. pkg. full fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms
- garlic powder
Mexican Chocolate Pudding

Combine Truvia with 3/4 cup water; bring to a boil and cook until dissolved, stirring occasionally
- 1/2 cup Truvia stevia blend natural sweetener
- 1 pound silken tofu
- 8 ounces high-quality bittersweet or dark chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, or more to taste
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Mexican Chicken & Black Bean Salad - Shelly's

- 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 green onion, diced
- 3 oz. Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 T. taco seasoning
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
