Garlic Parmesan Chicken

- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1/4 t. black papper
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lighly grease a 9x13" baking dish. In a bowl, blen olive oil and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese, basil and pepper. Dip each chickn in the oil mixture; then the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the breasts in the baking dish; top with any remaining crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
