- 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
Coconut-Curry Shrimp & Noodles

1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain, rinse and set aside
- 1 8oz pkg rice stick noodles
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 Tbs canola oil
- 1 1" piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped

- 1/2 C unsalted chicken broth
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt

In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and pepper flakes; set aside
