Twisted Baklava

Take a sheet of pastry, brush with butter and cinnamon then place a second sheet on top then third
- 1 lb phyllo pastry
- 1 lb sweet butter melted
- 4 cups honey
- 2 cups finely choopped walnuts
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Note: better to grind last 3 ingred.
Pumpkin Polenta with Parmesan

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 3 tbs salted butter, divided
- 3 tbs fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 4 cups sodium reduced chicken broth
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano cheese
Corn and Pasta Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing

- 4 ounces gemelli pasta
- 1 small garlic clove
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 lb. (500 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Spread
- 3 cups rotini or fusilli pasta(225 g), uncooked
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Apple Fritter Cake

Start by mixing all the ingredients for the batter (except the butter)together in a bowl
- Batter:
- 3 c of flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 6 small apples cored, peeled and diced
- topping:
- 1 c of butter, softened
- 1 c of brown sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 2 c of powdered sugar
- 5 tbs milk
- tsp vanilla

Heat oven to 350 Line 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside
- 1 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups chipits skor divided
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
