Slower Cooker Potato Soup

Add diced potatoes,diced onions,minced garlic, bacon, parsley and chicken broth to slow cooker
- 10 slices cooked bacon, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk or half and half or heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chives, extra shredded cheddar cheese and bacon
Asian Salad Scoops

In skillet over medium high heat cook beef breaking into small pieces for 5 mins or until browned
- 1/2 lbs(250g) lean ground beef
- 2 tbs hoisin sauce
- 1/2 c shredded lettace
- 1/4 c matchstick carrots
- 1/2 c finely chopped mango
- 1/4 c cilantro
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 1 tb sweet Thai chili sauce

- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbs Tex-Mex seasoning blend
- 1/2 c shredded lettace
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1/4 c salsa
- 1/4 c finely chopped green onion
Baked Salsa Ham Roll-Ups

In small bowl, combine cheese, tostitos chips, onions, salt and pepper spread evenly over tortillas
- 1/2 c light cream cheese softened
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 12 slices shaved Black Forest Ham
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c tostitos salsa
- 1/2 bag tostitos multigrain tortilla chips
Creamy Chicken and Rice Bake

Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder and black pepper in shallow 2 qt (2L) baking dish
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups fresh cut-up or frozen vegetable mixture
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Potato Nests

Combine all ingredients mash well
- 5 potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1.8 oz butter
- 1.8 oz Parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- Mash well

Preheat 375. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and melted butter
- 1 pkg devil's food cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 c crisp rice cereal

- 2/3 c flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c veg oil
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 1 tbs poppy seeds
