Blue-Cheese and Carmelized-Onion Squares

For Crust: Preheat oven 425
- Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbsp (1/4 stick)unsalted butter, melted
- Topping:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 large onions halved, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups (about 6 oz) crumbled blue cheese

- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil or melted butter, for batter

- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) 25%-less-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Light Shredded Cheese
Wild mushrrom crostinis

Remove 3/4 of the filling of the frendh stick pieces to create a bowl
- 1 French stick bread cut into 2" lengths
- 1 + cups assorted wild dry and fresh mushrooms such as morels, shitake, oyster, cremini, chantrelles
- 1/2 cup 35% cream
- 1/2 cup chicen stock, heated
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and minced
- 2 shallots, peeled and finely chopped

Add olive oil to a large skillet and add in ground beef
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 whole carrots, diced
- 4 celery stalks, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 2 can (14.5) beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (15oz) cannelloni beans, drained not rinsed
- 1 can (15oz) red kidney beans, drained not rinsed
- 1 can Ditalini pasta, uncooked

- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Zest of 1 each orange and lemon
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
