Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Mix chicken,, celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper
- 2 4-ounce Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast - ; drained
- 1/4 cup Celery ; chopped
- 1 tablespoon Onions ; finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
Fantastic Chicken

Put breasts in 9X12 dish. Combine remaining ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 8-oz. bottle Catalina dressing
Layered Casserole

Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet
- 8 ounce Cream cheese ; softened
- 1 1/2 pound Ground beef ; cooked and drained
- 8 ounce Noodles ; cooked and drained
- 2 8-ounce cans Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese ; shredded
- 6 Green onions ; sliced thinly
- 8 ounce Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Chicken in Savory Lemon Sauce

Spray 10 -inch skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat one minute
- Vegetable Cooking Spray
- 4 Chicken Breast Halves ; Boneless, skinless
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Red or green Pepper ; chopped
- 1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes ; dried
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 4 Lemon Slices (optional)
Cheesecake Topped Brownies

Directions Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (21.5 ounce) package brownie mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (16 ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting

Directions In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa, oil, eggs and milk

- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup vegetable oil

Upside Down Pineapple Muffins

- 1 (8-1/2 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
- 24 maraschino cherries

- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
Fast Amaretto Shrimp

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat

- Cooking Time: 10 min
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/3 cup amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left on
Orange Salad

- 2 pkgs. Orange Jello
- 1 1/2 cups Boiling Water
- 1 Pint Orange Sherbet ; (or 2 cups)
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges ; (8 oz.)
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple ; (20 oz.)
