Sweet n Tangy Pork Chops

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper
- 2 Pork Chops
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- dash ; Pepper
- 1/4 cup Beer or Beef Broth
- 4 1/2 tsps. Catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Golden Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups milk, divided
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
CRUNCHY HOT CHICKEN SALAD

Combine all ingredients except the mayonnaise and water, cheese and bread crumbs
- 2 1/2 cups chicken -- diced and cooked
- 1 cup celery ; (or celery seed ) -- finely chopped
- 2 teaspo onion -- chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds -- sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups rice -- cooked
- 1 teaspo lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspo salt
- 1/2 teaspo pepper
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup water
- cheddar ; cheese -- shredded
- dry ; bread crumbs or crushed potato chi
Delicious Deviled Eggs

Place eggs in a large pot of cool water with plenty of salt
- 18 eggs
- 8 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 5 tablespoons Miracle Whip
- 2 teaspoons Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
- Paprika
President Ford's Braised Eye Round Steak

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2 large Onions ; diced
- 12 4-ounce Beef Eye of Round Steaks
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Beef consomme
- 1 cup Burgundy Wine
- 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley ; chopped
Southern Dill Potato Salad

Directions Place the potatoes in a large pot, cover them with water, and bring to a boil over high heat
- 10 unpeeled red potatoes
- 5 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, or to taste
- 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
Chili

Combine ingredients and simmer all afternoon
- 3 pounds beef -- ground
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Directions In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 5 1/2 pounds pot roast
Tater Tot Pie

Brown beef and drain well
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 med. Onion chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery
- 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn drained
- 16 ozs. Tater Tots
- 8 Slices American cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Old World Spanish Chicken
