- 1 pound tagliatelle pasta
- White wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, plus more for grating
Seven-Up™ Sheet Cake

Grease a 9 x 13 pan, and preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package flaked coconut
Southern Peach Cobbler

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- MIX TOGETHER:
- 8 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Marinade for Chicken

Directions In a medium bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar, and lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh parsley
Apple Pie Cake

Directions In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces
- 5 pounds (about 12) tart apples, such as Granny Smith
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
SHAKE AND BAKE CHICKEN

- 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Paprika
- 1/4 Tsp. Sage

BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN DESSERT

In a bowl, cut the butter into the flour until crumbly; stir in 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup cold butter or margarine
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 3-1/2 cups milk
- 2 packages (3.4 or 3.5 ounces each) instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix
Cranberry Pecan Salad

Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cups mixed salad greens, rinsed and dried
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
