  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 small cans condensed Chicken and Rice Soup plus 2 cans of water
  • (chopped fresh or dried parsley may be added as desired)
  • instead of boiling in the canned soup, dumplings can be boiled in chicken stock if making homemade chicken and dumplings
