- 2 spice cake mixes (Best Bites prefers Duncan Hines)
- 1 30-oz. can pumpkin
- 1 12-oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Lighter Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Add potatoes to saucepan and a couple pinches of salt
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes or Russet, peeled and quartered
- 3 tbs Promise Light Spread Heart Health Essentials (Blue container taste like butter)
- 1/2 cup fat free half and half*
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs olive oil
- Add more or less half and half to get the creaminess you like.

1.Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet
- 6 pieces of thin sliced chicken breast about 1/4″ thick
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder for seasoning
- 6 thin slices of deli ham
- 6 thin slices of deli cheese (I used provolone- swiss would be another good choice)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs (I took 2 slices of whole wheat bread and used my food processor to crumble them).
