- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 sticks salted butter
- 1 cup bacon bits (fry your own!)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar or Jack cheese (or a mix of both), plus more for topping

- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 3 green onions, sliced

Spread flour on a plate. Cut the chicken tenders in half crosswise

- 10 oz. chicken tenders
- Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

- 1 bunch thin asparagus, about 1/2 lb., ends trimmed
- 1/2 lb. sugar snap peas, strings removed
