Breakfast Corn Dogs

Combine dry ingredients (minus corn starch), and whisk in your buttermilk
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 8 cooked sausage links, cut in half (makes 16 pieces)
- 1 container cooking oil (I used 1.5 qts of vegetable oil)
- Syrup
- 2-3 shish kabob skewers

How to Make It Heat the oven to 400°F
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soupor Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup reduced fat (2%) milk
- 1 package (12 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas), thawed (about 2 1/4 cups)
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 egg

No Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

1. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
- Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 TBS sugar
- Cheesecake:
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 (15.25 oz) cans crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Sprinkles, chopped walnuts, and maraschino cherries for topping
Parmesan Chicken

Pound the chicken breasts until they are 1/4-inch thick
- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 extra-large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 1/4 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus extra for serving
- Unsalted butter
- Good olive oil
- Salad greens for 6, washed and spun dry

Chicken Noodle Soup

- Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
- 1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 4 ribs celery, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 3 carrots, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- Kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 bunch thyme
- 3 pounds bone-in chicken legs and thighs, skin and excess fat removed
- Water, as needed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 grates fresh nutmeg
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups small pasta, preferably small shells such as orecchiette, or orzo
- 1 (15-ounce) can white beans or chick peas
- 1 bunch cilantro, leaves coarsely chopped
- maybe no nutmeg and add only a little bit of cinnamon
