- 6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

CROCKPOT BEEF CHILI

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat
- Optional:
- 5 lbs. ground round
- 8 cans 15-oz. red kidney beans
- 4 medium onions chopped
- 8 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 can 26-oz. tomato sauce
- 2 can 14-oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 cup water
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon crushed oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 2/3 cups NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate Morsels, divided
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Shrimp Scampi Recipe

1 Heat a sauté pan on high heat
- 1 pound large (16-20 count) shrimp, shelled* and de-veined, tail-on for presentation if you want
- Salt
- 3-4 garlic cloves, slivered, or 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
