In a bowl, cream sugar and butter
- 3/4 cup Imperial Sugar® / Dixie Crystals® Granulated Sugar
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup dark molasses
- 4-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Bourbon Balls

Old Fashioned Butter Cake

- 1 bag of Pancit Bihon
- Olive or canola oil
- 2 large carrots, chopped into small pieces
- 2 celery, chopped the same size as carrots
- 1 onion, chopped the same
- Cooked chicken, shredded, chopped
- Shrimp, shell or no shell (optional)
- Salt, Black pepper
Mac and Beer Cheese Cups

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup Progresso® panko bread crumbs
- 8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup lager beer, such as a Boston lager
- 1 cup shredded American cheese (4 oz)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese (10 oz)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Slices of cooked beer bratwurst or popcorn, if desired
