Sweet Pickle Relish

Quick and easy to make
- 6 large cucumbers
- 4 large onions
- 2 large red peppers
- 2 large green peppers
- 2 Tablespoons pickling salt
- 1 Tablespoon mustard seed
- 1 Tablespoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
- 2 cups vinegar
- 5 cups sugar
Clam Chowder

You can also chop bacon, cook & add to chowder
- 2 med potaotes, 1/4" dice
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 5 c clam juice, divided
- 1 c water
- 1 T fresh thyme
- 1 T butter
- 1 t worcestershire sauce-or to taste
- 1/2 t salt-or to taste
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- 2 c minced clams
- 4 c heavy cream
Peach Upsidedown Cake

- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 29-oz can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding

- 1/2 t vanilla
Fresh Mushroom Casserole

- 3/4 c milk

Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Soup

In large pot, melt butter over med heat
- 6 T butter
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 3 T flour
- 2 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 6 c chicken broth
- 1 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 c chopped carrots
- 3/4 c sliced celery
- 2 c quartered baby red potaotes
- 1 c chopped yellow squash
- 1 1/2 c frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 2 t thyme
- 2 c light cream
- 3/4 c parmesan plus more for garnish
- 2 c chopped cooked chicken
Brownie Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Base: mix together ingredients
- Cookie base:
- 1 box devils food cake mix
- 2 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- Topping:
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 c chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c chocolate chips

- 1/4 c + 2 T + 1 1/4 t paprika (8 c)
- 1 T + 1 3/4 t salt (2 c)
- 2 T + 1 3/4 t garlic powder (3 1/4 c)
- 2 T + 1 3/4 t onion powder (3 1/4 c)
- 1 T white pepper (1 1/4 c)
- 1/2 t cayenne (2 1/2 T)
- 2 T + 1 1/4 t thyme (3 c)
- 2 T + 1 1/4 t parsley flakes (3 c)
Lemon Velvet Cream Pie

- 1 refrig pie crust
- 1 t unflavored gelatin
- 2 T cold water
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 14-oz sweetened condensed milk (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 c lemon juice
- Whipped cream
- Thin lemon peel slivers
Dubliner Artichoke Dip
