Ingredients

  • ¼

    c butter, melted

  • c brown sugar

  • 1

    29-oz can sliced peaches, drained

  • 1

    box yellow cake mix

  • 1

    pkg instant vanilla pudding

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    c sour cream

  • ¼

    c ooil

  • ½

    t vanilla

Directions

Combine butter & brown sugar; spread in greased 13x9" pan. Arrange peach slices over butter/sugar mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat on low for 30-60 seconds then on med-hi for 2 minutes. Pour batter over peaches, trying not to disturb their arrangement. Bake 350 for 50-55 minutes or until done. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate and allow to cool completely.
