Peach Upsidedown Cake
From a Duncan Hines cake box.
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 29-oz can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/4 c ooil
- 1/2 t vanilla
Combine butter & brown sugar; spread in greased 13x9" pan. Arrange peach slices over butter/sugar mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat on low for 30-60 seconds then on med-hi for 2 minutes. Pour batter over peaches, trying not to disturb their arrangement.
Bake 350 for 50-55 minutes or until done. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate and allow to cool completely.
